Bacon Mushroom N Swiss Meatloaf by Sparow64 is absolutely delicious!!! I love bacon mushroom & swiss burgers, so by the note on the recipe, I had to try this meatloaf. It was an out of the park major home run with everyone in my family - even my resident swiss cheese hater! I think I may be throwing away all of my other oven meatloaf recipes in favor of this one. I will say that I have to disagree with "serves 8" on the recipe. I followed the amounts in the recipe exactly and with a single serving (one slice) for two of us and two servings (2 slices) for two of us - there was nothing left. I'll have to make two next time for sandwich leftovers!
