I made Lori's
Bacon Mushroom N Swiss Meatloaf
this week. It was the most flavorful Meatloaf we have ever had. I didn't read the top of the recipe where it said it serves 8 so I have A LOT left. I bet it would taste good in a sandwich. Next time I make this I'll make it up into two smaller loaves and just freeze one. I substituted a pkg. of 'real' bacon bits for the diced bacon and I could only find Lipton's Onion soup mix as opposed to the Onion Mushroom mix but I don't think anyone would notice the difference. My husband said it was better than his Mother's. :)

I'm actually not a meatloaf fan (just like your weird husband MLuvs2cook :)) but my Husband is. So I figured that if I could find a recipe that I actually like then he would get it made for him more often! :) LOL! I actually just used some thin slices of the leftover Meatloaf in a grilled sandwich with mustard on Whole Wheat bread. It was verra tasty! :)
