    A good savory flavor. Added a couple pinches of salt.
    Subbed shrimp for scallops. I love scallops, but not for the price the store is asking. So I saved more than 50% by going with the shrimp. They were a medium size.
    Went with the convectionaire setting on the oven to get an even heat all over. At 10 minutes shrimp were very much sushi like. Added another 10 minutes to get a good opaque coloring.
    Recipe already has the reviews bookmark but no IMI review string until now.
