Baked Scallops and Mushrooms

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 pounds bay scallops shopping list
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet melt 1/4 cup of butter.
- Saute the mushrooms until tender.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook briefly.
- Remove from the heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the scallops, bread crumbs, parsley, and mushroom mixture.
- Mix well.
- Spoon into a 9x13 inch dish.
- Melt the remaining 1/4 cup of butter and drizzle over the mixture in the dish.
- Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.

this sounds devine, ive never thought of putting mushrooms with scallops - but as i love both - here goes, thank you for that loveley tasty dish.
