Beef Stroganoff Sandwich

  This was SO GOOD! The husband REALLY liked it a lot!! The sauce gets nice and thick too! I thought this was gonna be super messy but it really wasn't. It all stayed nicely on the bread. I added some sliced red bell pepper that I needed to use up. The cheese I used was swiss and I tenderized my own round steak and beat the hell out of it for like 10 minutes and was still worried it would be tough but it wasn't :) So glad I made this, it was great!
