Beef Stroganoff Sandwich Ci by Keni
Made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was good. Lots of steps and some babysitting, so I saved it for a weekend meal rather than a weeknight. Lots of good developed flavor and the ciabatta bread was a great vehicle to turn the stroganoff into a sandwich. Messy, but not unmanageable. This mixture would also be great, of course, out of the sandwich and over potatoes or egg noodles. Good recipe, I'm sure I'll make it again.

Think ciabatta bread is the key to this recipe. All the large voids in the bread is perfect for catching and holding any ooze. You can also eat this with knife and fork as an open faced sammie to cut down on any mess.

ha! Yup, this was developed for cowboy appetites, and they don't care about messy...they'd just lick all the way down their arms to catch the drips, need be....well, as long as Mama's not at the table! hehehe ....
