OK - first thing - loved the title. :)
This is truly delicious!! I made it exactly as instructed except I didn't measure the salt and pepper. I usually just eyeball those two ingredients anyway unless its a large amount or salt for baking.
Gooood shrimp!! More detail on the recipe.

Aww, thanks everyone. I have a huge window that faces east so, when I cook my dinner, the light isn't really direct. I pull down the blinds, too, if needed. I put my camera setting on super macro and never use the flash. Oh - and hold my breath. :)

I have floor to ceiling windows in my great room.... and I STILL don't get good light most of the time in my home. :) I don't get DIRECT light, but my house is quite light .... but because it's totally surrounded by trees, the sun directly, can't get in for my photos. I LOVE my home, but it is annoying. :) There's about an hour a day a lovely beam comes into my kitchen right on my cutting board... but it's not a good time of day to get many photos!! The fudge photo up now is resting in that precious beam. hehehehe
