    Bourbon Grilled Salmon
If you love salmon, you definitely should give this a try. It is wonderful and I will be making it again. I had four pieces. I ate the three shown and wanted the other but was way too full! I think I'll poach an egg and eat it with that for my breakfast.
It went great with this Grilled Romaine Lettuce

I used Jack Daniels. Its my father's drink of choice so I keep some around, just in case. :)

Wow! That looks superb! Using that last piece of salmon with a poached egg is a great idea. I've been thinking about trying that Grilled Romaine recipe for a couple of summers now. This could be the one I pull the trigger. :) The flavours sound good. It's the texture of the lettuce I am worried about.

That does look good! I am iffy about how much I like salmon. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't as much...I like the maple syrup in this and I bet it will cover up the strong taste of fish up nicely :) :)

Thanks, ladies. You may want to try this, ml2c. The marinade has a nice flavor. I think it would work with chicken as well.
The Romaine is still kinda crispy, Janet. Some of the outer leaves are a bit softer though.
