Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs

These are definitely a nice step up from the same ol' devil egg! I used both deviled eggs and quail eggs for this. The quail eggs were not as hard to work with as I thought! The hardest part was peeling the little guys, but then I got the hang of it and got faster. I just eyeballed the hot sauce and I think a little too much came out than called for, but I loved it that way :) I used a baggie as a piping bag to put the filling in the quail eggs and just used a spoon for the regular eggs. These are delicious, and Michael wants to take the rest to work to eat in the morning lol! Oh, and I made a lot more than the recipe called for.

Than you ladies :) my post was supposed to read "I used both *regular* eggs...." not deviled. Oh well, y'all get it lol! Yea, I made a lot for extra lunches or snacks but I'm scared to go look in the fridge to see if Michael took ALL of them to work!

Glad you liked them Michelle! They are addictive! I splashed on extra hot sauce while I was eating them too. :) Love the little quail egg ones. :)

I had a little extra filling that I saved and just had it for lunch in a lettuce wrap topped with tomatoes and a little extra hot sauce. So good! And yes, Michael took every last one of them to work.

Found out the difference between buffalo wing hot sauce and regular hot sauce is butter.
1c hot sauce to 1c real butter.

I think Mr. Breezy is agreeing to try these. I have tried other deviled egg recipes in the past that didn't pass so he always wants the traditional recipe. May give these a try.

I can't see someone NOT liking these LB! As long as you like hot sauce your good :) I didn't use traditional wing sauce, I used The Cajun Chef Louisiana hot sauce which in my opinion very close tasting to wing sauce, but no butter. I liked it!

I could eat them all but that would bust my diet.
Good flavor. Used half the hot sauce, making my own with 1T regular hot sauce and 1T melted butter. No extra hot sauce on the top but did put a little smoked paprika on there. Used dried parsley..

It's not too hot for mother and her tonsils. I find her going to the fridge to slide down one of those little devils every now and then.

Glad these weren't too spicy for you and Mother :) I like the paprika on top, I may do that next time...
