Cappuccino Mousse Recipe

    Recipe by Jo_jo_ba: Cappuccino Mousse/saved
It's thick, creamy, full of air. I'm not a big coffee fan. So if I say it's a little heavy on the coffee flavor, well, that's just me. Made this for mother. She was asking for some pudding and she likes mousse.
"It's not sweet." were her first words. >-)
Nothing wrong with the recipe. Comes out exactly to spec.
I don't know that it would serve 4.

That looks pretty neat-o, pso! Common ingredients as well. Too bad I don't have a blender.
You are on a Jo_jo_ba recipe kick lately. :-) She's got a bunch of them, that's for sure.

This does look good. Yea a lot of Jojo's recipes have ingredients in it I would never use again or not be able to find. I have made a couple of hers with common ingredients though.

A new store has opened up in the next town over, right next to a Hobby Lobby store. It is called Sprouts farmers market. There are a lot of dried goods and items that are in Jojo's recipes that I don't normally have access to. Maybe I might find myself making more of her recipes with the special ingredients.

I'm in the market for a new blender. This old 2c blender blade spindle feedthrough locked up after I ran it though the dish washer. It was the only way I could get it clean. There was residue below the blades that wasn't coming out. I was smelling the motor when I used it the last few times anyway.

I'm the proud owner of a Ninja professional blender. One hundred bucks with some Uncle Sam tagged onto the end. Will have to start making some smoothies.

You should see the price of blenders! I got a cheap one. There are cheaper ones out there, Walmoms specials, that will swirl milk around if that's what you want to do.
Motor on this one is rated at 1KW. Motor rating was the big selling point for me.

FA the 100 bucks is totally worth it. I've burned out 2 blender motors before I got this baby! It could blend up rocks :P Lol, don't look at the price of a Vitamix if you think the hundred bucks is a lot! That will be my next blender eventually :)
