I made Celery Soup by Pointsevenout with a few adjustments and it turned out very well. I had a bunch of aspargus spears that needed to be used so included those with the celery, cut into 1" long pieces. I also added a second potato and increased slightly the amount of cheese to make thicker soup. I used the full complement of herbs as called for and would not change that. The flavours are excellent. Thanks for a great soup recipe.
