Chicken And Broccoli With White Wine Butter Sauce

    Pk's Chicken And Broccoli With White Wine Butter Sauce, which he just posted today. I made this for supper and it was great. I took the meat off of half a chicken and cut into strips rather than tenderloins (didn't have any), and that turned out great. The meat was tender and delicate. The sauce was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

    I made the variation of the sauce Patrick posted in a thread a few months ago and stirred it into linguine for a quick dinner. We loved it! My review is in the recipe link Duboo posted above. If I can find the link to the thread where Patrick posted just the sauce recipe, I'll post it. Now that I know the sauce is from another recipe, I may have to try the full recipe!
