    A recipe from Wynnebaer
    Chicken Hot Pockets

I had some leftover cooked chicken and decided to try this wonderful, easy & tasty recipe from Wynnebaer:) What is great about this recipe is it makes for a quick meal, and I'm thinking you could use just about anything with these..ham & cheese, BBQ chicken etc...I used mozzerella cheese and found that you didn't need to use the water to seal the bisquits..it was a little gummy, worked well just using the fork to seal the pockets:) These would make for a great appetizer as well! Thanks Corinne for yet another wonderful recipe!

Oh, that looks great! I love the refrigerated biscuit idea. I always keep a tube of those on hand. Funny, but I was looking at pasty recipes the other day. This looks like an easy version of that.

What a great photo, Marie. Happy to hear you and Rick enjoyed them. Les loves them filled with ham, swiss and honey mustard.

Oh yay, I haven't seen this one before!! I love using biscuits for stuff like this :) I agree no water needed for getting them to stick.
Does the sour cream flavor come through a lot in this? Michael just announced to me the other day that he can tolerate sour cream now but only IN things...what does that mean and whatever....picky picky!

Michelle, you can't tell there is sour cream in these, I couldn't anyway:) I'm sure you could omit the sour cream and add another ingredient if you wanted to! Maybe some sauted onions & garlic with the chicken or BBQ sauce..etc!!!

Thanks so much Joce & Corinne:)

Well as long as it doesn't taste like straight up sour cream I think I can get away with this recipe :) I love the BBQ sauce idea!
