Chili Cornbread Pie
Longest. Week. Ever. Ugh. I am pooped. I had this planned for tonight and almost came home and ate my leftover lunch instead. But, this looked easy enough to put together - and it was. And I have leftovers for the weekend.
Photo of the whole casserole looks a bit funny as when I took it out after 18 minutes, I could see the cornbread wasn't done after I cut into it. I had to put it back into the oven.

ha I found 7 oz, 8.5 oz. and a super size Marie Callendar's (I think it was) that was so big I didn't even look at the weight. :)
