    Peanut Butter French Toast

    This was really good! I LOVED the rich, savory addition, here. I love hot peanut butter, anyway, but this was even better than I anticipated. :)

    I did use whole eggs rather than just the whites.

    Used the extra egg whites from making the buns for this recipe.
    After the first set of toast came off the griddle it was too hot and had to turn it down to M-L.

    Nixed the almond milk. Used 2%. And if I didn't happen to have the egg whites I would have used the egg yolk and all.
