I made this last night and it was excellent. I've been making something similar for years, but the egg addition really brings it all together. Very good. Broccoli Casserole

Great recipe. Put 1 T instead of 1 t of all-purpose seasoning. It was a Cajun flavor. Don't think it messed up the recipe at all but I wouldn't add any more S&P at the end.

We liked it too. Broccoli Casserole Fred had two big helpings and he never knew it was cottage cheese in the mix. I used my adobo seasoning mix. It was just cheesy, eggy and creamy enough to fill us up. A successful meatless meal.
