  Wow what great flavours and it went great with my pork roast dinner. The only thing is in the instructions it says to mash the cranberries slightly then cook till they pop. I just cooked the cranberries till they pop only. Then followed the instructions.

  I know apple sauce goes well with pork but I never think to serve it with it when I do make it. I love the sound of this recipe, I think it would go over very well with the family, that sauce looks great Nadine :)
