Dec 3/15 I know that is probably more of a dessert than a side for a pork or chicken dinner but we love cranberries and apples with our pork for sure. The only notation I have is the instructions does say to mash the cranberries slightly then cook them till pop. So what I did was just cooked them till they pop then added the diced apple. This is a great recipe and it did go perfect with the pork roast dinner. Enjoyed by all a I only have a couple of tbsp. left.
