    Yes you do. I recommend using boiling water. Did use hot but did not plump up as much as when I use boiling.

    Lol FA, it is definitely time to try kale for sure! Try it first cooked, like Marie said, chopped up in a soup, then move on to raw. It's good stuff :)

    We love kale! Once or twice a week, we try to have salad for dinner and, more often than not, it's kale loaded with vegetables. Try it, Frankie. If the salad bar at your grocery store has it, get a small amount and add whatever you want to it to see if you like it. Sometimes our salad bar has it and sometimes it doesn't. When they don't, I buy a small pre-prepped bag.
