Cream Cheese Bars
I made these last night. I took a few to work today to appease those of us who have to attend the weekly Friday morning management meeting. It worked! I doled out one piece per person because I wanted leftovers for myself. One of my co-workers is from Germany and he came and told me this was called something (I couldn't understand what he said) in Germany and begged me for another piece. They all loved it. I managed to sneak a couple of pieces home for my breakfast tomorrow.

Maybe that is what my co-worker was saying, pso. I don't know much about desserts. I'd rather have potato chips, popcorn or peanuts than something sweet. Made them to appease the masses at 7:30 a.m. Tough time for a meeting. At least they are on Fridays.
Although I do have to say I will gladly eat the leftovers for breakfast tomorrow! :)
