Creamy Sauerkraut Kielbasa Soup

    I had added this to Lillian's previous thread... not sure if that was right, so I started a new thread.


    I made the soup too! So delicious it was!

    Loved the robust flavors and the light creaminess that the sour cream added. I used a smoked turkey sausage and subbed 3 cups of vegetable broth for the water and bouillon. I will definitely be making this again! My pic has joined the others :)
