As I mentioned on the recipe page, I wasn't sure myself, only because I'm not a big fan of sauerkraut. However, after you try it, your mind is changed! It really is delicious and the sour cream really mellows it out. I'm so glad you all have enjoyed it. Now I want to go make another pot myself! It will have to wait awhile - this weekend's soup is a new recipe I'm trying for Cheeseburger Soup.

    Loved the robust flavors and the light creaminess that the sour cream added. I used a smoked turkey sausage and subbed 3 cups of vegetable broth for the water and bouillon. I will definitely be making this again! My pic has joined the others :)
