    Copied from your original Nicole:)
I made Keni's Grilled Asian Catfish Pieces, Grilled Sesame Green Beans, and her Creamy Wasabi and Chive Mashed Potatoes. The entire meal was a huge hit and very easy to assemble as well. I often went to Keni for advice in my first years at AR and she never let me down. I have not been able to bring myself to look through my old posts and our interaction but some day I will and I know she will bring a smile as she always did. I will miss her quick wit, her beautiful smile, her eagerness to lend a helping hand, and her knowledge and creativity in the kitchen. R.I.P friend.

Yum, I love wasabi!! It's also a preferred taste too though, my husband loves super spicy, but hates wasabi. Your whole meal looks delicious Nicole, good job!

I just posted a picture and review for this. It's great! I always have wasabi horseradish in the fridge, my husband loves it. It's not very spicy, just a subtle hint of spice. The brand we buy has a little sugar in it too. We served it with Keni's Slavinkeni mini meatloaves. Yum!

What a great picture Shona!! I would love this, wonder if I could sneak the wasabi part past Michael?! Probably not the kids, but I could always just make them some plain ol' mashed potatoes :)

I left it out of the kids potatoes, just in case. The wasabi horseradish is a little vinagery...it doesn't leave a spice on your tongue like hot sauce....it's hard to describe!

I completely understand! It's definitely not a spiciness I think kids would enjoy. I find myself always making a marinade or start to a recipe then setting their serving size aside when it gets to the spicy/non kid friendly add ins. It's almost second nature to me now :)

This sounds REALLY yummy. I don't think I've ever seen a Wasabi Horseradish but now I will keep my eyes out.

We have the Inglehoffer brand, a large round plastic bottle. We love Inglehoffer and have a lot of their different mustards too. You can't miss the bright green colour of it in the mustard/condiment aisle! We had this other wasabi horseradish that came in a tiny glass jar, and wow that was hot stuff! The Inglehoffer is more mild and creamy, tangy not hot, even a touch of sweet to it like some creamy horseradish's have. :)

Thanks Shona. I've seen that Inglehoffer brand in a Deli before I'm pretty sure and I even think I bought a Dill flavoured mustard by them.
