You must love brussel sprouts too! This sounds like a great way of preparing these, we usually roast them in the oven with a splash of balsamic..nice to change it up a bit..love your pic!

So happy you enjoyed them, ML2C. We love brussels sprouts around here too. I have another recipe posted that has become a favorite of ours.
Marie, I'm gonna have to give roasting them a try. Thanks.

Thanks for the recipe links ladies:)

Hello Corinne:) I just cut them in half, place on a baking sheet, add a little olive oil, S&P, and a splash or 2 of balsamic..mix everything with your hands and roast about 375 or so for aprox 15-20 minutes..depends on the size of the brussel sprouts..I check them after 10 mins..if they are smaller, roast them whole:) Oh! If we have dried cranberries we throw some in as well:)

Thanks, Mr. P....you are too kind.

ML2C...I would never imagine putting in the cranberries until jo jo ba suggested it. They plump up very nicely.

Hmmm. Well, you don't remember making these and I don't remember really looking at the recipe. You are almost 30. That explains it for you. With me its an everyday occurrence. :-D
