Crockpot Chicken Taco Chili

A recipe from Frankieanne Crockpot Chicken Taco Chili

What an easy and flavorful bowl of goodness! My husband filled a warm flour tortilla with the chili, added some cheese, sour cream and hot sauce, said it was delicious:) I served mine in a bowl with cheese, sliced green onions, sour cream then tossed a few Fritos on top for some added crunch:) The recipe called for 2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles, well, of course, I only had one can of diced tomatoes with Jalapenos (worked well, just a little thicker chili)..also added 2 minced cloves of garlic to the mix! I'll be making this again:)
    Thanks Frankieanne for sharing!

Thanks Janet:) The taco seasoning is really where the flavor comes from in this recipe..you could always use your own "taco seasoning" ingredients as well!

Forgot to mention, i didn't add any cumin either..plenty in the taco seasoning:)

Recipe is crocking away. Bought some tortillas. Used the last of the Cumin and split the Chili powder with Ancho powder. Should be ready about dusk.
After reviewing the recipe I found I forgot the onion and garlic. Chopped them up and sprinkled on top. That should be fine.

It's good chilli. Add some salt, it brings out a whole lot more flavor.
I'll make some burritos out of it tomorrow.
