Dill Pickle French Bread White Pizza
for lunch today for my Mom and I. It was really nice and I'll make it again. I used a big long white sub bun as the base and it was yummy, soft and pillowy and nice and crunchy along the sides. I didn't bother measuring the mozzarella cheese. I just eyeballed how much I wanted. The oregano was nice with this. I LOVE dill pickles. The only change I would make next time I make this recipe is I think I'd mix the chopped garlic with margarine to spread on the bread first as opposed to adding it directly on to the bread along with the pickles. The reason being chopped garlic is clumpy and when I was eating it I'd come across a fairly large clump of garlic that was too overpowering. If I mixed it with margarine I think it'd spread out better. This was fun and easy and yummy. Thanks Cmnjersey!

Think I would saute the garlic with a little onion in some olive oil to tame the garlic flavor and spread it on first. Otherwise this is an easy sounding recipe.
