White french bread pizza topped with chopped pickles.

Ingredients
  • 16oz loaf italian bread
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1tb oregano
  • 6 dill pickle spears - chopped

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. Quarter the italian bread
  3. Layer 1/2 of mozzarella cheese onto each quarter
  4. sprinkle parmesan cheese and oregano over quarters
  5. add chopped garlic and chopped pickles
  6. top with remaining mozzarella
  7. bake 15mins or until cheese is melted
