    Easy Baked Breaded Fish
I didn't get my tilapia to brown up as nicely as the original post...maybe because I didn't cut it up smaller? I got in a hurry, lol. Nice crunch to it. I will probably make sure and add more seasoning to the bread crumbs or maybe even mix the mayo with some hot sauce next time. There will be a next time. :)

After it was on my plate I put a few drops of rooster sauce and drizzled with malt vinegar. couldn't make up my mind on which one so I chose both. :)

That looks good Mrtnzangel8. How was rooster sauce and malt vinegar together?. I love both of those but never thought of trying them together. Do you have the link to this recipe

Oooooo Ang.....that looks really good. Am going to totally give this one a whirl. You are a braver woman than I with the mix of both the Hot Sauce and the malt vinegar. Think I'll try it first with the Hot sauce. Nice pic! Nice post! :)

OH! I need to add! Make sure your fish is patted dry before you add the mayo. It will stick better.

*note to self* get better at this reviewing stuff....

Lol it's okay, Mrtnzagel8 It's confusing with all the steps there are to posting a review on the recipe page plus adding it here! That looks SO good! I've never had rooster sauce but have heard about it a couple times in the IMI, guess it's a really good condiment! I'll have to look for it next time I go to the store.

That looks like a great dinner! Looks like you could use cod or snapper for this as well.
