Easy Crudite Tray with Jalapeno Dipping Sauce by Keni

    As I said on the recipe this was easy to put together and had a nice flavor. I used chives from the garden as I didn't have green onions and did add a bit of garlic. We used it with a crudite and chips and it was good with both. I’d like to know how to thicken it up a bit more as it would be good as a sandwich spread too. Maybe I’ll sub some creamed cheese, what do you think?

    You could certainly add a lil cream cheese if you wanted it thicker, or mascarpone would probably work, too, with a lil less heaviness and flavor. Or, you could just try adding more mayo(or use less sour cream if you make it, again) and see if that's more the texture you're looking for. :)
