I had leftover grilled chicken to use up so this was it for dinner! Bet it would be so good with some grilled steak too. I used a store bought wheat thin crust, and made a batch of enchilada sauce http://damndelicious.net/2014/03/17/homemade-enchilada-sauce/ to use for this (froze the rest). I screwed up the order of how everything went on the pizza lol, oh well! Used green and yellow bell peppers, and my jalapenos were not hot at all, darnit! This was delicious, and I was curious to see what the sour cream and salsa tasted like on pizza, and although they were both good, I preferred it with the salsa, and of course lots of cilantro :) :)

Janet, what a great idea to do the whole pizza on the grill! I have never grilled pizza and have always wanted to :)
