If you haven't had a chance to make this yet, you are missing out in a major way. One of my daughters loves dumpling type soups, whereas her twin sister doesn't. So when the gnocchi/dumpling lover came home for the weekend and her sister didn't, I took the opportunity to spoil her with this. Easy to make and sooooo good.
