Recipe by Anj: Fruit Dessert/saved
Had a bunch of pineapple filling left over from a previous recipe. Did a one ingredient search and came up with this recipe.
It's a great flavor. Cake on top of pineapple.
Used a 1.5qt Pyrex bread dish.
Checked progress at 45minutes. It was done and a little over done on the edges.
My oven is spot on for temperature. This could have been pulled a little sooner.
