I have also made this! I will definitely will make it again and again! I was a bit shy to put it in here as when I made it, they looked and were so good! I dug in and forgot to take a pic! Bad eh! I will remember to take one the next time for sure:) The flavours are just wonderful in this they perk everything up:) I cut down on the quantity just for one (me) and it went great with my grilled lobster tails. LOL Now I am hungry just thinking about them:)

Yes indeedy Keni....classic flavours for sure.
I too cut down the quantity Joce....probably by two thirds.
I broiled the shrimp Frankieanne. Grilling would be awesome too but I only had these three little skewers so was too lazy to fire up the BBQ.
Thanks Marie, although my pics just aren't happening lately. Keni's inital photo is 100% better. I need to find some lighting thing to do as all my pics look dark compared to everyone else's. Maybe it's just darker in Canada. ROFL! :)
And yes....pass over some of those lobster tails for me too Joce!
You can call me out as the other one ingredient short person Marie. I earned the badge, I'll wear the badge. LOLOLOL! :)

I often broil shrimp instead of grilling. Its so much work to start up the charcoal for just six minutes (or so) of cooking.
    Darker in Canada! :-D haha!!

LOL Janet..now our secret is out..I still reign as President of the "One Ingredient Short Club" though..I swear, it happens to me on a daily basis:D You are much better at having all of the ingredients than I am:) ROLF on being darker in Canada!

FA, I never broil anything..I just don't think to do it!!! Thanks for reminding me!

These do look so yummy! Guess I missed this one when Keni posted it...
What it is about shrimp you don't like Marie? The flavor, or the look? My BIL won't eat shrimp cause they are ugly lol! He's never even tried them to know if he likes the way they taste or not!

Hi ML2C:) I think they taste a little too "fishy"..I have never cared for shrimp. I love lobster, mild tasting fish..even tuna, even though that's pretty fishy tasting..just add some onion, celery, pickle & mayo..good to go!

I used to think the same thing as you about shrimp, too fishy! But, I think for the past couple years I've been buying from the right place, I've found they don't have that flavor anymore. I do still have a "fishy" problem with certain fish...that I just don't think I'll ever love, no matter where I buy it from. Salmon is kinda one of them...it's either hit or miss with me on that one. Lobster and crab though, LOVE IT!!! Oh, and the sea roaches (is that their nicknames lol?) crawfish, are the best!

I love it when Rick smokes salmon, That's my favorite:) I do eat it, but it's not a big fav for me either..depends on how it's prepared and has to have some crazy good sauce or marinade:D
I don't know about crawfish, especially when you call them "sea roaches" ROFL! I remember playing with them when we lived by Bidwell Creek when I was a young girl..never caught any though! They pinch:)

I saw some crawfish in the butcher section of the store where I shop. They had heads on them so I didn't get them.

I've seen (on a food channel) where people twist the heads off and suck out the "stuff" inside the heads...now is that appetizing or what?

    mud bugs :)

@Marie, that's the way they are eaten..it's fantastic...it's really no different than eating shrimp, if you think about it, you're just shelling them yourself. :)

sea roaches would more likely be shrimp or lobster! :)
