Pleclare's Grilled Salmon with Tomatoes Spinach and Capers is awesome! Made this last night, and we loved it. It was super easy and tasted like something you'd get from a restaurant. I had some kalamata olives I needed to use, so I added some to my spinach mixture and loved it. I used the broiler instead of the grill because I had several other things going, and I was afraid I would forget about it if I cooked it outside, lol. But it was awesome. Thanks Pat!!
