    After seeing your review I made these using deli style mustard with horseradish. I also halved the recipe. I found either the dressing was a bit short & had to add more olive oil during cooking - but perhaps it's because I cut the recipe down. Either way, they were very tasty. I didn't take a photo b/c they didn't look nearly as nice as mommyluv's.. :-)

    Now that I think about it I could see that maybe it coulda used some extra olive oil! They did look a bit dry when I took them out but when I stirred them they were fine. AND Oh please my pics are horrible lately!!!! With it getting dark so early I can't catch any natural light shots! And I suck at photo studio!

    Good grub. Could use some salt once one gets into the meat of the potato. Used yellows as my budget is on the wane. Added 10 minutes to bake time.
