Herb-Roasted Dijon Potatoes

Very yummy roasted potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 Tbs Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
- 6 medium red potatoes, cut into cubes shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients together except potatoes
- place potatoes in greased 13x9 in pan
- toss with dressing mixture
- bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally
