Very yummy roasted potatoes

Ingredients
  • 5 Tbs grey poupon dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 6 medium red potatoes, cut into cubes

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients together except potatoes
  2. place potatoes in greased 13x9 in pan
  3. toss with dressing mixture
  4. bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally
