    High As A Kite Biscuits/saved
    Nice biscuit recipe. They do rise well. Made this with Krumkake's sausage gravy recipe.
    Four cups of cream between the two dishes. Just going to force me to exercise today.

    Are they fluffy too? Or more of a dense, stick to your ribs, kind of biscuit?

    They are done all the way through and fluffy enough but not fluffy like a yeasted biscuit. They split nicely but you could see that from the picture. At first bite I thought the center was gooey and a little underdone but that's the cream in the biscuit showing off and fooling me. It's not dense but it's stick to your ribs because of all the cream.
    I use corn meal on the baking tray instead of grease or spray oil for quicker clean up.
