Wynne, that sure looks good. And it doesnt look like its bad for you like I hear velveeta is supposed to be. Have you tried it? Does it get all melty/gooey like velveeta?

I have made it, MP.....It is a little on the stringy side when melting but like Mis7up said, add a little milk and it's fine.

Thanks Wynne. I am going to try this. I can already picture mixing in some chipotle chili powder. Just thinking of that smokey, gooey, melty stuff is making me hungry :)
