Recipe by Gkwillow: Hot Fudge Cake
A 2:1 ratio of sugar to flour? How could it possibly be overly sweet!
Nice and rich with plenty of syrup on the bottom.
Recipe starts with batter on the bottom and liquid on the top then flips itself during baking.
Use a spoon scoop to serve out the cake and ladle a spoon of syrup on top.
Chocohaulics meeting at 6 tonight. :)
There will be plenty of syrup left over. Make some biscuits to sop it with. Add butter to the syrup and rewarm.
I have two teeth left in my head. One is a chocolate and the other is a sugar tooth. This recipe made both of them ache.

Hi Points - If you're looking for a chocolate cake with no frosting, try Marlboro One Pan Cake
It just has sugar & cinnamon on top, but I would assume that you could leave that off if you prefer. It just adds a little extra sweetness and forms a crunchy layer.
