    Hot Fudge Cake
This was really amazing how all that fudge sauce at the bottom was there! How did that happen? I was like a little kid when I saw that. :-D
This is super sweet. Texture of the cake is like a brownie. When I was getting the chocolate powder out of my Hershey's can, I noticed a recipe very much like this on the back of the can. The ingredients were the same but the amounts were a bit different. So, I guess it has been around for quite a while.

Wow that is pretty cool how that worked out with the sauce on the bottom! Briauna, my HUGE chocolate fan, would LOVE this!! Sounds easy enough...thanks for sharing Frankie!! Beautiful photos!

    Looks good Frankieanne:)
By "super sweet" , do you recommend using less sugar?

This would probably be a fun one for your daughter to help make, too, ml2c. Especially if she gets to cut into it. :)
I don't recommend changing the recipe, Marie, because I am not sure what "chemistry" makes that sauce on the bottom. But, you can see from all the sugar in it its gonna be sweet!

Yeah, Jett, I did gain 10 pounds because I ate the whole thing by myself. Took me three days, but I did it. :-P

Oh my goodness Frankieanne! I want to jump into your photos. And if you ate it all it must have been really good!

Thank you, Ana. It was very good. The sauce turned into a pudding consistency by the third day! Interesting how that recipe makes a sauce. Totally mystifies me - but then that's pretty easy to do. :-D

yum- yum-yummy! That looks postively sinful! I am so going to have to make this now! I am going to have to invite someone over so I DON'T eat it all myself! Lol

Okay so we made this YUMMY cake! Unlike yours my fudge sauce did not go to the bottom but stayed on top. Didn't mess with the flavor or doneness of the cake though and of course my family loved it! The only thing bad about the sauce being on top is that my daughter would not stop sneaking in the kitchen and sticking her finger in it lol! I had to hide it from her!

I'm glad you liked the cake, ML2C. I've made it many times and NEVER has the sauce ended up on top...I guess you made the "upside down" version! :P

That's funny how the sauce was on top. Did you check your baking powder date? Oh. Right. That's me. :-P
That's so cute you had to hide the cake from your daughter! :) Its definitely good stuff!

Haha Frankie, you did make me check my baking powder date out of curiosity! Good for another year though :) Honestly it could be anything causing that fudge sauce to stay on top. I know humidity does stuff to baking, I think!?!? Weather, etc ?! Anyway, regardless it was some good stuff!
