    This was phenomenal!!!! I let it cook all night on low, about 14 hours. I let it cool enough to shred the meat, added the hot sauce and cooked 2 more hours on low. It was SO worth the effort. Needless to say, it didn't last long!!! This will be made again and again. It would be great as burritos, tacos, or anything else. The flavor is outstanding!
