  Since I was unable to participate on Saturday, I made this last night for Keni Day. It was wonderful!!! The vinaigrette on the potatoes and pork put it over the top! The only thing I did different was to zest the lemons and add the zest as well. I hate wasting all that flavor. The picture I took doesn't do it justice, but at least I have computer and phone working together again!!! This recipe will be made again for sure!!! Thanks Keni.

  The vinaigrette was excellent Marie. Mine came out a little thicker than Keni's, but oh so good!!!
