  Italian Tortellini Soup
  
  This is a fantastic recipe and family loved it. The only tweak I did was the simmering. Just before I added the tortellini I allowed the soup to simmer for 1 hour and after the soup simmered for over 1 hour. Will be making again.

  Chuckieb we love soups and stews have about 2 or 3 per week since the fall.
  
  Bakerme it is so good I have had different versions of this and family loves it every time I make one.
  
  Ml2c hope he enjoys it as much as we did. Mind you I have two that love tortellini
