Keni's Tuscan Orzo Salad

    I made this today. My basic review is on her page. Will try to post a photo tomorrow. Its a wonderful pasta salad with lots of flavor. Very adaptable to variations. The only thing I did differently was to toast some of the orzo in clarified butter till golden brown. I thought it would play into the ground toasted sesame seeds in the dressing.

    Use Keni's dressing on this. And... good Olive Oil.. it makes all the difference...
