Tuscan Orzo Salad Recipe

• 1lb orzo pasta, cooked to package directions, drained, and rinsed in cold water shopping list
• 1 small green pepper, diced shopping list
• 1 small red pepper, diced shopping list
• 1 small orange or yellow pepper, diced shopping list
• 3-4 green onions, chopped shopping list
• 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped shopping list
• 1/4 cup capers shopping list
• 1/2 cup Italian or Tuscan dressing(oil/vinegar based)--mine follows shopping list
• 1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded or grated shopping list
• dash of crushed red pepper flakes(this can be omitted if you use the following dressing recipe) shopping list
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley shopping list
• ***Tuscan Dressing*** shopping list
• 1 cup dressing quality olive oil shopping list
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
• juice from 1/2 lemon shopping list
• 1T total of mixed dried herbs(ie parsley, oregano, basil, and please include some rosemary) shopping list
• 1t dried red pepper flakes shopping list
• 1 clove garlic, finely minced shopping list
• 1t toasted sesame seeds, finely ground shopping list
• 1/2t celery seed, ground shopping list
• dash of onion powder shopping list
• salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
