    Killer Chicken Fried Rice
    by Cookingcrazy last night as part of our dinner meal. It was good. I will totally admit I'm not a big rice fan. I can take it or leave it. But my husband really enjoys rice. He really liked this. I did appreciate the egg and onion and chicken and carrots in there as it gave the rice some oomph, but I can't help but think there was just a little something missing. Maybe a bit of garlic? Something? I should just check a few other fried rice recipes before I make it next time and see what other little thing I could add. Not that's it either here nor there but I did cut the recipe in more than half since there was just the two of us.

    I really can't believe there's no garlic in this..you know, I add garlic to almost everything, I made this quite a while back..I'll bet I added garlic when I made this. I didn't add to IMI because I didn't take a pic and so on..I love your picture..with a dish like this you can add whatever your heart desires!

    I like it straight up as is. Made the rice with chicken broth. Plenty of different flavors going on. I'm assuming that this recipe being a stir fry that the burner temperature is medium high.
