Lobster Tail With Butter Sauce

    You know there are not that many recipes here for just good ol' fashioned steamed or broiled lobster?! I found like maybe 2 or 3 and this one sounded the best, and it was delicious! It was my second time cooking with lobster (5 bucks a tail by the way!) and my first time to butterfly one. Not sure I did the greatest job, but I tried :) The only thing I changed was to melt the herb butter sauce in the microwave for drizzling and dipping. I was pleasantly surprised how well the fresh tarragon went with the lobster. I'm not usually too much of a fan of tarragon (especially dried) but here it works. Such and easy recipe!

    Oh my gosh that looks good! I think I have only had lobster two times in my life. It is so expensive and (to me) so rich. I've never had tarragon! ha! It looks beautiful.

    Thanks everyone :) $5 a tail is pretty cheap here, it was on sale from $7.99. We can get it year around for a hefty price sometimes, but it must be in season right now?...
