Its good. I've had crispier batter. I think chilling the batter helps with that though. It needs more salt. Geez, I sound like pso. :-P

I do remember the ends being crunchy though, like the part that was dripping on the end before going in the fryer so it's thin and gets crunchy, you know what I mean lol? I also kind of remember they would put the little crunchy pieces that got away in the fryer from the batter that they caught, in your box of fried fish too, those were the best. Okay nostalgia moment happening here lol!

Yum, looks delish FA! The closest Long John Silver's is in Yuba City, about 50 miles from us..I remember they used to have one in Chico and I loved going there, I remember their fish being pretty crunchy!
