Recipe by Spinach1948: Marinated Pork Kabobs Diabetic Friendly
Good flavor infused into the meat with the yogurt marinade. Let it soak overnight, 24hrs, in the fridge. Half an hour in the oven at 350F made the meat 145F.
It was a little tough, IMHO, it being tenderloin meat but I managed to gum it down.
Instructions didn't say to rinse the meat after the marinate, so I didn't. Subsequently the authors pic came out looking a little cleaner than mine.
This is my first yogurt marinade. It seems to carry the flavors into the meat well.

Interesting. Not certain what he did to supposedly make this "diabetic friendly" as what he posted is the exact recipe from Taste of Home. Only difference is the yogurt here is low fat. Oh, well. It looks like it would be a healthy meal, pso. Do you think you could use chicken, too?

According to what I've read about using yogurt as a marinate, it should be good for all meats but the times would vary.

Search using yogurt and chicken. That should give you a jumping off point.

I have made a few yogurt based marinades before and they have turned out delicious. Bookmarked this one, sounds really good!

Are you supposed to rinse the marinade off? Hot yogurt does not appeal to me. Kinda like hot mayonnaise.
