Mixed Greens With Parmesan Crisps

I had all the ingredients to make this delicious salad except for the dressing, so I decided to make it myself. I found this recipe http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/salads/creamy-sundried-tomato-salad-dressing/ and thought it would be close enough. I don't know if it's because I used fat free sour cream or what but my dressing turned into what looks like cottage cheese. Didn't have a weird texture though and tasted really good and went great on this salad, just not pretty to look at! The parmesan crisp were SO GOOD! I have made parmesan crisp in a pan but never in the oven and with the addition of rosemary, YUM!!! I love the grapes in this too! I will post the pic. here in the IMI but not on the recipe, since of the tragic looking dressing lol!!!

I saved another recipe that had fried cheese patties (crisps) but can't remember anything else about it. Guess I'll come across it again someday. Good job Michelle.
